How We Help

We are a community resources hub centered on caring for our neighbors. We connect those in need with resources that will make a positive impact in their lives and out community.

What does that mean? 

  • We work with homeowners who received code ordinance violations and lack the financial resources to get the needed repairs.

  • We work with Manchester Police Officers enabling them to provide immediate food and shelter resources for families and individuals in crisis.

​

  • We work with other non-profits, businesses and foundations to provide the most comprehensive services and assistance we can, including help with bills, food and transportation.
